Dade Legal Aid in Miami, Florida is seeking an attorney with both Zoom and in-person trial/litigation experience to represent victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, dating violence and/or stalking, seeking civil injunctions. The attorney will interview and represent victims at hearings, assist in completing monthly and quarterly reports, and attend conference calls, meetings, and trainings.
Position requires excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Bilingual in English and Spanish required. Member of The Florida Bar in good standing required. Excellent benefits.
Dade Legal Aid has been providing civil legal assistance to low-income residents for more than 75 years primarily in family law, domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking and/or dating violence and guardianship.
