Dade Legal Aid and Put Something Back Pro Bono Project continues offering free civil legal services to low-income, underserved, marginalized residents and communities including those suffering economic hardship as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Services are available remotely in the areas of family law, domestic violence, human trafficking, guardianship, probate, bankruptcy, collections, housing, guardian ad litem and child advocacy. While distanced, we remain deeply committed to our mission to provide zealous representation for struggling individuals, domestic violence victims, and other vulnerable clients from diverse backgrounds, races, ethnicities and genders confronting poverty, inequities, disabilities, unlawful, unfair, deceptive, discriminatory or predatory consumer practices, wrongful eviction, human trafficking, divorce, sexual assault, dating violence and unemployment.
