DADE LEGAL AID OFFERS FREE LEGAL SERVICES

Dade Legal Aid and Put Something Back Pro Bono Project provide free civil legal services to low-income, underserved, marginalized residents and communities in Miami-Dade County. Services are available to qualifying individuals in the areas of family law, domestic violence, guardianship, probate, bankruptcy, collections, foreclosure defense, guardian ad litem, child advocacy, and housing in cases for persons unable to be served elsewhere.  Operating since 1939, we are deeply committed to our mission of Championing Equal Access to Justice for All through zealous representation on behalf of struggling individuals, domestic violence victims, the elderly, and other vulnerable clients from diverse backgrounds, races, ethnicities and genders confronting poverty, inequities, disabilities, unlawful, unfair, deceptive, discriminatory or predatory consumer practices, wrongful eviction, human trafficking, divorce, sexual assault, dating violence and unemployment.
