Family Law If you are a low-income resident of Miami-Dade County and have minor children that reside with you and need assistance with family law matters including the initial filing of a Divorce, Paternity and Time-sharing/Custody, Apply Here

Guardianship Legal Aid provides critical legal services to indigent residents willing to serve as guardians for elderly, physically or mentally incapacitated family members, loved ones and close friends.  Legal Aid serves hundreds of families each year allowing family members or close friends to become legal guardians of incapacitated and multi-generational vulnerable adults from age 21-110.  For more information please call 305-579-5733 ext. 2267.

Put Something Back "PSB" Pro Bono Project Dade Legal Aid provides pro bono lawyers for low income residents in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit in all areas of civil law.  "PSB" refers civil legal matters for qualifying individuals, entities and nonprofits, in areas including but not limited to: Consumer, Collection, Bankruptcy, Real Estate, Probate, Deeds, Liens, Foreclosure, Name Change, Divorce, Venture Law, Incorporation, Guardianship, Non-Profit, Taxation and Wills. Bankruptcy If you need assistance with Bankruptcy or Collection, Apply Here. If you qualify and your application is accepted you may be matched with a volunteer attorney who may handle your case for free. Wills on Wheels & Heirs Protection Project – Pro Bono Attorneys educate needy, multi-generational residents on topics including Probate, Estate Planning, and the Effects of Dying Without a Will. Qualifying clients receive Wills, related documents, and representation to protect and preserve their generational wealth.

Venture Law, Artists & Starts Ups– Through our pro bono program, we provide referrals to Pro Bono Attorneys who handle a variety of topics aimed at helping emerging artists, arts groups and inventors get off the ground on solid legal footing.  Pro Bono Attorneys also serve of Counsel to a variety of nonprofit groups.  Click here for information.
