Dade Legal Aid through Put Something Back assists qualifying low-income residents with Chapter 7 or 13 Bankruptcy cases and Collections. The program screens and refers income eligible clients facing extraordinary medical debt, foreclosures or other financially challenging circumstances to a panel of pro bono attorneys across South Florida. Note that acceptance is not guaranteed, and misrepresentation, missed appointments, or exceeding income limits may lead to rejection.
