If you have been sued and are unable to afford an attorney you may apply for help. Following an initial screening and assessment, you may be accepted into the program. Note that we cannot guarantee representation in every case, and if you have any deadlines, you must represent yourself until or unless a pro bono attorney agrees to represent you.
