Jessica Napoles Zuvic - Project Administrator
 
Ms. Zuvic has worked in the pro bono project for over a decade in numerous capacities. Currently, she serves as lead project paralegal, program administrator, and operations. She also coordinates special projects such as Arts Business Council, GAL Project, USPTO, and Venture Law, and serves as administrator of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Pro Bono Committee, assisting the Court with facilitating our mission to provide great access to justice for all. Fueled by her passion for helping the less fortunate of our community, Ms. Zuvic assists with client intake, case placement and referrals, data analytics, and program reporting.  Her long-standing relationships with volunteers, peers, program leadership, and partners ensures effective, efficient services, and is key to the program’s ongoing success. 
Samantha Valero - Program Assistant 
 
Since joining the team in 2019, Ms. Valero has assisted with a variety of duties, including case management, seminars, intake, referrals, community clinics, special projects, and community events, She is currently responsible for updating and maintaining the status of ongoing and closed cases and assisting with the onboarding and oversight of program interns. Through numerous collaborations, she dedicates herself to clients, colleagues, and the legal community, demonstrating her strong passion and commitment to helping underserved populations.

Yasminn Rayo - Intake Specialist 

Joined Put Something Back in 2018 as an AmeriCorps VISTA volunteer, then became a Legal Assistant with the team in 2019. In her current role, she focuses on helping clients navigate the initial application process, guiding them through the various stages of the intake qualification process. She also manages data entry, provides brief services and referrals to clients, ensuring effective and timely services for those in need.

Michael Madrigal - Paralegal Specialist
 
He joined the team with several years of prior experience working as a legal assistant in private practice focused on family, civil, and probate matters. He enthusiastically assists the team with screening and matching qualifying low-income clients with pro bono attorneys primarily in the areas of bankruptcy, foreclosure, probate, and housing, leveraging his extensive legal expertise to support clients and attorneys. 
Natalie Concepcion - Pro Bono Case Specialist
 
Previously a Legal Policy Intern at a national nonprofit, she helps the project to recruit and support volunteer attorneys, coordinate referrals for Family Law, Dependency and other specialty cases, and other officewide initiatives.  She enthusiastically attends and assists with preparation of seminars, legal clinics, and workshops, where she pre-screens clients seeking free help, legal forms, guidance and referrals to local county resources.
