Stephanie Grosman joined Dade Legal Aid in 2006 as a domestic violence attorney before transitioning to family law, where she handled complex, contested matters. She has also served extensively as a guardian ad litem (GAL), advocating for the best interests of children in family and domestic violence cases.
She currently serves as Law Firm Pro Bono Coordinator for Put Something Back, in partnership with the Eleventh Judicial Circuit, where she develops projects with firms, connects attorneys with pro bono opportunities, recruits, trains and mentors attorneys, and supports volunteer GALs. A founding fellow of the inaugural class of the Robert C. Josefsberg Leadership Academy, she serves as its coordinator and leads programs focused on professional development, leadership and pro bono engagement.
Ms. Grosman served on the boards of the Miami-Dade Bar Association and its Young Lawyers Section. Her honors include the 2025 Circle of Excellence Award in Family Law, the 2017, Legal Luminaries Top Pro Bono & Public Interest Attorney Award, and the 2016, Top 40 Under 40 Lawyers of South Florida recognition from the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. She also served as Host Committee Chair for Switchboard of Miami’s Fifth Annual Bachelor Auction and was featured on the cover of Brickell Magazine’s 2016 “Best Dressed” issue. Ms. Grosman earned her J.D. from Stetson University College of Law and her undergraduate degree from Barry University. She is fluent in Spanish and conversant in Italian.
