Stephanie Grosman began her career with Dade Legal Aid in 2006 as a domestic violence attorney before transitioning to family law where she handled a wide range of complex, contested matters. Throughout her career, she has served extensively as a guardian ad litem (GAL), advocating for the best interests of children in contested family and domestic violence cases.

She currently serves as Put Something Back’s Law Firm Coordinator where she develops strategic partnerships, connects volunteers with meaningful opportunities, recruits and trains pro bono attorneys, and mentors GAL’s. A founding fellow of the inaugural class of the Dade Legal Aid Leadership Academy (now the Robert C. Josefsberg Leadership Academy) Ms. Grosman has remained closely involved in its growth and development.

Ms. Grosman served on the Board of Directors of the Miami-Dade Bar Association and Young Lawyers Section. In 2025, she received the Miami Dade Bar Circle of Excellence Family Law Award and in 2017, she received the Legal Luminaries Top Pro Bono & Public Interest Attorney Award. In 2016, she was recognized by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation as a Top 40 Under 40 Lawyer of South Florida.  Ms. Grosman earned her J.D. from Stetson University College of Law and her undergraduate degree from Barry University. She is fluent in Spanish and conversant in Italian.
