Stephanie Grosman began her career with Dade Legal Aid in 2006 as a domestic violence attorney, later transitioning into family law, where she handled a variety of contested matters and served as a guardian ad litem (GAL), advocating for the best interests of children in family and domestic violence court. She currently serves as Law Firm Pro Bono Coordinator and as Leadership Academy Coordinator. In these roles, she builds and maintains partnerships with law firms, connects attorneys to meaningful pro bono opportunities, and leads the Robert C. Josefsberg Leadership Academy, a flagship program focused on professional development, leadership and pro bono engagement for rising attorneys. A founding fellow of the inaugural class, she also mentors attorneys handling pro bono GAL and family cases.
Ms. Grosman previously served on the Board of Directors of the Miami-Dade Bar and its Young Lawyers Section. Her honors include the 2025 Circle of Excellence Award in “Family Law,” the 2017 Legal Luminaries Pro Bono & Public Interest Attorney Award, and the 2016 “40 Under 40” Lawyers of South Florida recognition by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. In 2016, she was featured in Brickell Magazine’s “Miami’s Best Dressed” issue. Ms. Grosman earned her J.D. from Stetson University College of Law and her undergraduate degree from Barry University and is fluent in Spanish and conversant in Italian.
