In 2006, Ms. Grosman joined Dade Legal Aid as a Domestic Violence Attorney. She then joined the Family Law department where she handled family cases and served as a Guardian Ad Litem (GAL) in contested family and domestic violence matters. She currently serves as Law Firm Pro Bono Coordinator and GAL Mentor, where she promotes pro bono opportunities, recruits, trains and mentors attorneys and law firms participants. A founding fellow of the inaugural class of the Dade Legal Aid Leadership Academy, Ms. Grosman serves as its coordinator and organizes a variety of events and presentations. Previously, Ms. Grosman served on the board of the Miami Dade Bar Association and Young Lawyers Section, and, in 2017, she received the bar's Legal Luminaries "Top Pro Bono & Public Interest Attorney Award." In 2016, she received the "Top 40 Under 40 Lawyers of South Florida Award" by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and served as Host Committee Chair of the 5th Annual Switchboard of Miami Bachelor Auction. She was also featured in Brickell Magazine's “Miami’s Best Dressed” issue in 2016. Ms. Grosman penned the article, “Lawyers Can Lend a Hand by Doing Pro Bono Work,” (2008) The Miami Herald. She earned her JD from Stetson University College of Law and her BA from Barry University. She is fluent in Spanish and conversant in Italian.
