Family Law
Dade Legal Aid Staff assists low-income residents with minor children in a variety of family law matters: Divorce, Paternity, Custody, Adoption, Name Change, Support and Visitation for low-income individuals meeting federal poverty guidelines. Clients may apply online to qualify for free legal representation.
If you are a low-income resident of Miami-Dade County and have minor children that reside with you and need assistance with family law matters including the initial filing of a Divorce, Paternity and Time-Sharing/Custody, Click the button below to apply.

Requirements
To be eligible, client’s income may not exceed 150% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. All clients must provide all relevant documents, identification, proof of residency of Miami-Dade County and proof of income. If you have applied and have additional questions please call 305-579-5733 Ext. 2222.
