Application Information

Dade Legal Aid Leadership Academy prepares talented young lawyers for greater leadership roles throughout the community and beyond. Fellows gain invaluable experience and opportunities in a series of engaging sessions and networking facilitated by legal leaders that provide them with the tools and information necessary to expand and hone their leadership skills.

Applications for Class VIII of the Academy are currently being accepted from lawyers who are:

Seeking to become future leaders of our profession
Have the desire to enhance the lives of our client community
In practice between 1 - 12 years and are 42 and under
In good standing with the Bar
Have demonstrated leadership and involvement in pro bono activities
