Legal Aid Society is seeking a bilingual Family Law Attorney with 1-3 years of Family Law experience to represent low-income residents in family law proceedings. Legal Aid is the oldest provider of free civil legal assistance in Miami to vulnerable residents in need in all areas of civil law. Since 1939, Legal Aid has been assisting low-income residents primarily in the areas of Family, Guardianship, Housing and Domestic Violence.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be a resident of Miami-Dade, member of The Florida Bar in good standing, fluent in Spanish, and dedicated to serving low-income, vulnerable clients. Candidates must have excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, a high level of professionalism, and proficiency in technology and Zoom hearings. In addition to providing direct legal services, ideal candidates must maintain professional standards and integrity of an attorney, willingness to participate in bar activities and community engagement, exemplify leadership qualities and the desire to do more for our community.
