Cases We Handle
We provide free legal aid to qualifying low income residents of Miami-Dade County in the areas of:
*Domestic Violence;
*Family Law;
*Child Advocacy;
*Guardianship;
*Housing;
*Bankruptcy and Consumer Credit; and
*Foreclosure
REQUIREMENTS:To be eligible for free services, the client’s income must not exceed 125% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. An organization may qualify for free services if it is primarily comprised of eligible clients. Please bring all relevant documents, identification and proof of income (proof of income not required in Domestic Violence cases).
