Miami, FL – On January 19, “You Be the Judge” Probate Seminar was held virtually and included a variety of engaging speakers and cutting edge topics. This innovative virtual CLE was presented by Dade Legal Aid and the Miami Dade Bar Association Probate & Guardianship Committee chaired by Elizabeth Hughes, Senior Counsel with Akerman LLP. The seminar featured Administrative Judge Yvonne Colony, Elizabeth A. Hughes (moderator), Stacy B. Rubel, Candis D. Trusty, Richard C. Milstein, William H. Glasko, Dale Noll, Erin F. Finlen, Marva L. Wiley, Daniela Pretus, Jorja Williams, and Wendy Robbins of Legal Aid.
